6 oz of cream cheese
Spinach
1/2 cup Parmesiano reggiano
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Butter (salted)
Roasted garlic
3/4 Half and half
1/4 cup sour cream
Seafood seasoning
Smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
Cook salmon in butter and grapeseed oil on 6-7 minutes on each side. Baste it if you feeling fancy!
Cook asparagus on 425 for 15 minutes.
Boil potatoes for 15 minutes until fork tender. Make sure to heat up butter and milk in pot before adding the potatoes back. Add roasted garlic, and buttery garlic and herb seasoning. Add sour cream and mix. Add a little bit of Parmesan to kick it up a notch!
